We ship worldwide, majorly we ship to USA, UK, Canada, Germany, UAE, Australia, Ireland etc.

Metro cities (Mumbai,Delhi, Bangalore,Kolkata, etc) 2-3 days
Tier 2 Cities- 3-4 days
Rest of India – 4-6 days.
  1. Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside?
Sorry, as per company policy a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted.

No, We are unable to honour requests for specific delivery dates, however we will deliver on the promised delivery date.
  1. How do I Track my order?
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the link to track it live. We request you to enter your email id while placing the order to get all updates related to your order.
  1. At what time of the day will my order be delivered?
Once the package reaches your destination, you will receive a call from our logistics partner that it is out for delivery, they will confirm the time.
Packages are delivered using an OTP for verification and we request you to keep your mobile handy for verification purpose.
  1. What will happen if I miss my order/package delivery?
No hassles! Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. Our team will contact you for the same if necessary.
  1. How long will it take for an International order to get delivered?
The packing and dispatch takes 24hrs, and the order get delivered in 7-20 days depending on the destination.
The orders received on Indian Public Holidays will be shipped the next working day.

  1. What are the shipping charges for International Orders?
International shipping charges are applicable as per the final weight of the package, this will be automatically added to your cart at check out.
  1. Who pay for the customs/Import duty for my parcel?
All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of Import duties.
As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are in.
Please ensure payment of all such charges to receive your order on arrival.

We only accept prepaid orders from our International customers. You can choose from our wide range of payment options to pay online.

Also, You can always check with our logistics partners office If tracking of the shipment shows that it has reached your nearby location/destination city.

We have wide variety of payment modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, Gpay, and Paytm, COD.

Yes, we have COD shipping all over India only.
We do not have COD for International orders.
19.What to do if the money get debited and order confirmation is not received?
Do not worry! Your money is safe.It would be either credited to us or back to you.
In such cases, bank might take may be 10mins or even 7 days to reverse the deducted amount. Please email us at hello@kanneki.com along with your transaction details, your name, and email id.

  1. Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges applied on any purchase on our website. All the charges applicable will appear on your screen while you at the cart page.
  1. Is my product covered under return policy?
All products bought from our website are covered under Return policy, except for Nose ring (Nath) and Toe rings due to hygiene reasons.
Return/Exchange is possible only for domestic shipments (within India).

  1. How can I cancel my order?
 Every order is generally fulfilled within 6 hour of order placement. The orders are eligible for cancellation only if it is not shipped from our warehouse. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customer’s choice of receiving refund, either through store credit or refund to your provided bank account. An order confirmation call will be made before shipping all the COD orders.

  1. How can I get refund in my bank account?
As per RBI guidelines, we do not offer refund in the form of bank account transfers. All refunds are in the form of store credit, which has a validity of 1 year. Only in special cases, were the customer who have placed a prepaid order and wish to cancel the order before it is shipped, the refund is processed into their original mode of payment.
You will be charged 5% of the transaction value as payment gateway charges when we initiate refunds to your original payment source in such cases.
For eg: If you paid 500 for your purchase, you will be given;
5% of 500= 25 i.e 500-25 = 475
  1. What do you mean by 1gram jewellery?
1 gram jewellery is the product name for 22K gold layered ornaments.22k gold is plated on metal ornaments like brass, copper and silver alloy. All the 1 gram jewelleries may not contain a 1 gram gold, the amount of gold depends on the size of the jewellery and its selling price.
  1. Why is 1 gram gold jewelleries very expensive?
The 1 gram jewelleries are made in the same process as used in making original gold, the only difference is in the metal used. The ornaments are lighter in weight and the finishing is almost like the pure gold jewellery.
